    We just wanted to thank the crew at Barkley's for helping us sort out our battery problem after we found ourselves stranded in Greenbrier. After waiting an hour for our road assistance that never showed up, I walked to Barkley's shop. The service tech stopped what he was doing to give me a ride back to my car and jump started the battery. I was able to drive back to the shop and they replaced the battery while I waited. It took less than thirty minutes from the time I walked through the door until I was back on the road again. Wonderful people that went out of their way to help two travelers from out-of-state.

They gave me a list of things that needed to be done immediately and another of things that could be done at a later time. They were flexible with my time and got the work done on schedule.
